Heel Pain (Plantar Fasciitis)

Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain in both active and inactive people. It occurs when the thick band of tissue under the foot becomes strained and inflamed, usually from increased pressure or overuse.

Sever’s Disease is the most common cause of heel pain in kids aged 8–14. It’s linked to growth and is often triggered by running or jumping during sports and play.

A bunion is a bony bump at the base of the big toe, where the joint starts to shift out of alignment. It often causes pain, swelling, and changes in the way shoes fit.

Pain in the front of the foot can come from a range of causes and needs a proper assessment. We tailor treatment based on the exact location and reason for your pain.

This condition causes the arch of the foot to flatten over time due to a weakened tendon. It’s usually caused by overuse and can lead to foot pain and poor stability.

Sesamoiditis

Sesamoiditis is inflammation under the big toe joint, often from pressure or certain footwear. It causes pain when walking or bearing weight on the ball of the foot.
